Service Description
If you are an architecture buff - this tour is for you! Nara is not only home to amazing ancient architecture, but also modern architecture designed by Pritzker Prize-winning Japanese architects such as Arata Isosaki, Sejima/ SANAA and other renowned architects such as Kengo Kuma and Hiroshi Naito. The tour ends with a visit to two traditional 'machiya' houses, where you will be amazed by the fine details dictated by natur.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window: Clients are encouraged to provide timely notice for cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or service commencement. 2. Non-Refundable Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to all clients for tours. 3. Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, please contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. 4. Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a refund of the service fees, excluding the non-refundable fee of $50. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. 5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability and within the 48-hour cancellation window. A rescheduling fee may apply. 6. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the specified time frame will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable fee, and no further refunds will be issued. 7. Exceptions: Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to review and approval by our management. 8. Other Fees: Ticket Entrance and transportation fees and other payable fees in the tour are not included in the Service fee.
