Service Description
Are you coming to Japan with a very specific mission? Do you need someone to take you to a festival or learn about specific species of plants in Nara? Do you need a translator or an assistant to get around? Or someone to teach you about the local teahouses (chashitsu)? Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window: Clients are encouraged to provide timely notice for cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or service commencement. 2. Non-Refundable Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to all clients for tours. 3. Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, please contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. 4. Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a refund of the service fees, excluding the non-refundable fee of $50. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. 5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability and within the 48-hour cancellation window. A rescheduling fee may apply. 6. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the specified time frame will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable fee, and no further refunds will be issued. 7. Exceptions: Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to review and approval by our management. 8. Other Fees: Ticket Entrance and transportation fees and other payable fees in the tour are not included in the Service fee. Please note that this policy is subject to change and should be reviewed before booking our services. We aim to provide the best possible service to our clients while maintaining fairness and transparency in our cancellation and refund processes.
