Service Description
Japan is one of the most forested countries in the World- Almost 70% of Japan is forest. But only 2% of that is an original native forest. The Kasuga Primeval forest has been untouched from since the dawn of Japan. Designated as a holy site and logging ban since the 8th century, you will experience what its like to go back in time and build a dialogue and connection with nature. This is a long hiking tour not for the faint hearted- so appropriate fitness, lots of water and a good hiking shoes is a must.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window: Clients are encouraged to provide timely notice for cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or service commencement. 2. Non-Refundable Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 will be charged to all clients for tours. 3. Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, please contact us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. 4. Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will be eligible for a refund of the service fees, excluding the non-refundable fee of $50. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for any refund. 5. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability and within the 48-hour cancellation window. A rescheduling fee may apply. 6. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the specified time frame will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable fee, and no further refunds will be issued. 7. Exceptions: Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to review and approval by our management. 8. Other Fees: Ticket Entrance and transportation fees and other payable fees in the tour are not included in the Service fee.
